Personally, i never did anything like that with this doll just on her back twice and that was it. As for the doggy pics i'm trying to avoid any possible damage to her as it might less up the sale. But i'll see what i can do. With my last doll, i simply had her on her knees and put some pillow under her forearms to prop her up into a doggy position.
