I just saw a video produced by the Doll vendor website, Mon Amour Toujours (not sure if I spelled that right), I believe they have a cream that will remove black stains, from TPE & Silicone dolls, I personally have tried Ponds Cold Cream to remove makeup stains etc. not sure how it would work on black clothes stains.

Try for example 'remove stains' and I'm sure you will get some answers.
