I was hoping to get some member opinion on the legitamcy of this site:

beware that this site doesn't has SSL certificate, it means that the security of payment through this site is not protected.
secondly, they use a lot of pics from Orient Industry for options selection of common TPE dolls. This is way too misleading.
thirdly, the product pics they show are common TPE dolls like WM and JY but they describe them as Silicone Sex Dolls.... another sign of misleading

IMO most of these anti-scam websites are scams or racketeering. I'm pretty certain you can buy your rating if it gets bad. I researched my shop (where i got my doll) and found one such site that had a negative rating and comment but only in google archives, not in life site. So don't trust any of this stuff.
