15 to 20cm proportional, flexible doll?

I searched first but after dozens of threads I did not see quite what I was looking for.
I would like a 6-8 inch doll, proportioned like a full sized doll only in miniature. A very sexy, realistic looking woman with soft skin that can be posed. Fairy wings and elf ears, my own personal sprite or pixie. Are there makers here who can do this? I thought I saw something like this earlier but now I am. Ot sure if it was on this forum.
Does anyone have a doll like this? Willing to post pics for comparison?
I write stories and one of my characters is a sprite attached to my main warrior. Would LOVE a doll like this for parties and display. Looking for high quality and willing to pay a decent price.
