Ever modified/added a silicone part?

Is it possible/feasible/good idea to try to add bigger labia to a silicone (not TPE) doll? Anyone have experience with that or similar procedure?
Look at labia sold by some of the us manufacturers.
Depends on what size doll you have as well.
