What head is this?

First off I want to say I dont know why out of the hundreds of faces I have looked through that this one jumps out at me so much, but it does. Sadly I dont know the name of the head or the manufacturer so I'm lost. The body isnt for me, but man I dig this head with this purple hair. I want it in my life :3.
The Doll it came from is called Finley.

oh wow...is it seriously WM 160..just wow... Its amazing what a change of hair does. Honestly I have seen WM 160 here and there a decent amount, but every picture I have seen her in I didnt like, but this one with the purple hair that hides the ears mostly just stands out to me so well. I have a vast new respect for this head wow.
Thanks a ton! Despite how obvious it might have been I never would have guessed it was the WM 160 with my limited views of the head in the past. Damn shes cute :3

Yes I confirm also that it is the WM160 elf face. I have this face and she is very cute.
