My query is a little off the left field... I am an inventor that wants to built / prototype a human analog for use as a simulation mannequin for medical training. Existing medical simulation mannequin are crap in them of texture and feel and are expensive. We have plans for an exoskeleton that mimics as best as possible human joints range of motion in an unconscious person but are looking at material (TPE, sillicon etc...) to cover the exoskeleton. Any suggestions from knowledgeable board members as to what material is best and cost effective (i.e. the mannequin will be anthropometrically adjusted for a height and size of a 5 foot 9 inches male or about 150 lbs) and where to get it (if possible in Canada).
