She's here a day early!
This is a 168cm E-cup model. I don't mind the weight (roughly 85lbs) it's the stiffness that's giving me a workout. I digress.

She doesn't have the stand option, but she can stand up with some support from a wall or yourself. I don't know if this will last, because the joints loosens up over time.
Her vagina looks more like that of the first doll you posted. Her torso also seems shorter than the second one too.
