Have any of you heard of the french Vibee dolls?

I was looking for some cheap dolls, or at least a mannequin. I came across this on amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075X ... JI2VUMIH5M . However there are not a lot of details about it, such as does it have arms and feet? These other ones have pictures of having arms and feet but they are on the more pricier side but I think that is because its made of latex instead of cyber skin https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075ZJ5HY7?m= ... etail_page .
There are no reviews, but I barely see any reviews on this type of stuff on amazon any how. Also from the manufacture website no reviews either, but it looks like there are a lot of people who buy into their other products. https://www.loveandvibes.co.uk/manufact ... ibee-doll/
$85 bucks for the doll, is that a good deal for what I'm getting at this price range? Most things I see around there are blow up dolls that look no better quality than the judy, or the half body flesh. I could get a mannequin around that price as well, but I'm not sure.
Anyways I've been hearing that some of the dolls are made from materials that are toxic, such as PVC,Vinyl, Polyurethane. Is this something really to be concerned about? From what I know these things are only harmful when burned, and these materials that go into manufacturing may have a negative effect on the environment or something. But for the medical grade silicon is way out of my budget.
