Using a soldering iron, i melt both the tongue and oral tube surfaces to be bonded

Then try to smooth the transition

This is my first tongue, improves with practice, though the color of the tongues are a little purple

Did my other heads, CD12, and WM15

Great idea anyways, and very nice to see this process.

The only head that didnt need the oral tube cut ib WM130, sense the mouth is open anyway, but with now having a movable jaw, she can open real big and sexy. Kinda a pain to hold the mouth open as i take pics, not to mention the fucking auto focus actin up. Next plan of action is to add a servo to open the mouth for me, and internal audio

Thinking of opening the skull like Dollyman did, but cut the back end off the oral tube, and attach a blutooth speaker at the back end, only problem i'm gonna figure out is an on/off switch, which i may attach to the lower back of the skull, and power with a lipo. I hate fucking wires running from my doll, so will keep as simple burrito as possable

Installed some electronics in a WM skull, a Pololu Micro Maestro controls the mouth, and a 123 Eletronics 4 button sound board makes any sound i can load into the SD card

How is this going on? Any progress? Looks super cool.

Got to find a better location or a more responsive switch for the 123 board, and fine tune the programming between the voice and servo, like to try this, a bit pricey, other thahttp://www.bpesolutions.com/a.ServoSoundContro ... or1524593n that, trying to sync the motion with the audio

The 123 board has it
s own amp, so i just wire a 40mm speaker directly to it, i mounted the speaker with hot glue inside the upper forehead, and give very good sound. When i'm satisfied with my work, will post a vid
