Breast Collapse Solution?

So I received my new 6YE 161E 11/9 (yesterday as I'm typing, CST, USA) and it came with a big sinkhole, for lack of a better description in the right breast. It was like this in the box, and I thought I might be able to massage it out, or standing up it might get its shape back, but no.

Below are a few pics, if anyone needs better, then I'll try my best. And one pic has my thumb inside the hole, and my thumb is not pressing down. Jeff (of BCD) sent me email with a tip (via In digo 20, hope I got that handle right) about using a heat pack on it, but I'm not sure how that's going to help (I would love an explanation as to how; I'll be buying some this weekend). But I can't reiterate enough how deep this "sinkhole" is. It's not some minor indentation.

Thank you all ahead of time.

Edit: Anyone heat pack brand suggestions?

Just so everyone knows, we are hoping it will work, but if it does not, we will of course be getting him a replacement doll

How Upsetting to open the Box and see that, Looks like there was a trapped air bubble in the TPE, that later collapsed, thought this kind of thing was common with Silicone but not with TPE..Looks like you would need the help of a Master TPE repair technician.

If Indigo20 was feeling better, I would send him the picture.
It looks like what happens when a pebble hits your window shield.

Ok, before going for the hairdryer and blowing its fuses, try heating one of these

https://www.wheatbags.com.au/

or these

https://www.yourdiscountchemist.com.au/ ... gKx3PD_BwE

and place it over the area for a few hours, with the standing in the upright position.

The gentle application of heat over time may allow the tpe to resume its natural cast condition.

I had success with this will compression damage to my WM 140's breast, and after a week or so of periodic applications, the breast resumed natural shape.

Ensure that you wrap the bag or pad in plastic or white cotton fabric to prevent staining the doll flesh.

The temperature should not exceed 80 degree celcius.

Potentially, it is the same application as the wheatbags, but I think you would have to use repeated applications of this sytle, as the bag cools after a time.

This can be baby oiled and massaged out a little at a time. Pinching it out will help. It will take a few days to press it out.

I'm his brother and seen it first hand it would have to be messaged a lot but I just don't think it can be fixed. It looks like a butt hole on top of her breast lol it's quit deep.
