Dolls are cheaper when the dealer buys in bulk, to save on shipping costs. Not when someone buys a doll to the specifications that they want, and have to ship it by itself.

I'm pretty sure most brands make it absolutely clear that there is no support or warranty for the electronic bits on their dolls.

And this is why most of us here don't buy dolls with those things. And recommend against buying them.

Some manufacturers put cotton or something behind the eye. It looks to me like they put more in yours than normal, pushing the eye forward.
