How long does it take to create a robot head? Not design time but to actually build them start to finish.

I am not sure. However, you are talking about creating the robotic skull and a face to go on it. So you have 2 processes going on at the same time. I have to think that creating a standard RD with face is at about 40hrs, the robotic head at completion would be about the same, maybe more with final testing to go out the door....
