is there anyone who made any survey on the market about HALF-BODY dolls? Where to get the most realistic ones? I need TPE not some cheap TPR. Are there any doll manufacturer making those toys?

There's one I was just looking at on Amazon. It's actually very lifelike and so are some of their "hips" (as they're known).
I can't find a manufacturer. I've also found several very inexpensive dolls that can be shipped from there.
I'm wondering if they can produce something that realistic on a half-body then why can't they make a more realistic full-size doll???
