Hmm good question but I really believe they wouldn't appear smaller, in fact reducing the air let's them hang a little in turn making them look a bit larger.
You can push some air out and try it to see how it looks then let the air back in if it doesn't suit her well.

The H cup tits are heavier so definitely will need to include the breasts in the bi~weekly Vaseline treatments , i do her entire upper chest , the boobies & nipples too because even DD cup boobs can get micro stretching.
Never had a problem with Olinka but as a precaution I been applying the Vaseline and letting it soak in real good before putting any powder back on.

The iris is a bit larger then the eyes provided be the factory and at 1st I thought they look too large but then when placing them on it very quickly became so beautiful & natural all I could think was I didn't know what I've been missing out on ,

Adding a bit of pure cornstarch baby powder to Olinka's breasts and next comes the backside twerking with baby oil then some patting dry and baby powder renewal.
Taking down the tan a bit as the first coat is always way too thick so that the makeup gets into the skin that way.
No worries it's not a permanent staining it's just make-up that will come off.
