If you look closer you'll see the arent being held in place by any structure or objects.
They are each others 3rd point of contact and balance, they stand firmly in them heels yes.

Can you put High heels on Dolls that have standing feet? ( with bolts underneath)

I have fashioned 18 gauge steel plates to bolt onto the bolts on the feet and then added a bolt hole to the front of them plates to run a bolt threw the shoe and to the plate.
It allows for standing in open sandle style shoes like seen in them photos.

Excellent idea and it looks like it works very well for open toe and sandal type shoes.

My idea is very similar and uses some home made plastic insoles screwed to the foot bolts.
They work well for closed shoes like court shoes. See previous page for a photo of them.

It only takes thin steel to do the job
I used to use 16 gauge steel sheetmetal but found that's a pain to make them with and 18 gauge steel sheetmetal much easier and does same job.
I like steel as it is stronger and just much easier to make with steel using a pair of metal snips to cut out the pattern drawn on it then smoothing out the edges with a file and carefully matching up the bolt holes to mark them and drill them out then simply screw back in bolts with plates on the feet.
Note that I also bend the plates slightly during the making process.

I will add that this also stabilizes your doll when standing and allows for standing play time. One must still always ensure a firm stance and be a bit careful moving her but it definitely opens new doors to what can be accomplished with the dolls and it looks fantastic to say the least.

I believe I may have used 20 gauge steel sheetmetal actually, in any case it's thin and easy to bend yet still firm , that's what's best.

I went back and looked at all the pages in this thread and there are some cuties with some really well put together sexy ensembles

My program is still messed up. Folks on this thread tried to help me out with places I could

purchase heels that fit, but they are all platforms and I like the narrow/stiletto type heels or some of those sandals with the chunky heel.

Well, now that it's taking me too long to get it together and buy her heels that fit.....she's kind of pissed off at me

Too anxious

before I received her, I bought all her current shoes too large. I better figure something out quick or she said she's cutting off all future

photo shoots along with a few other bells and whistles

I'm in the same boat.. I have the measurements from the website and bought some stuff. Only purchased 1 pair of shoes (heel). I already have 2 brand new pairs of flats I bought for an ex but didnt fit

kind of weary about the measurements listed. My doll is advertised as a d cup but the measurements come to a 30b :s
