How did You make VLASTA GABOROVA do that with her back? Perfect 10!

Good question
As you know the older 2016 dolls had no ability in the skeleton to tilt the backbone left or right.
And that the shoulders will not shrug at all.

However if you turn the torso , arching the back as far as it will go and slightly tip one leg a bit more over while slightly lifting the knee on the other leg you get this effect of a contorted body from head to foot.

I might just do that one day
It is rather easy though and you can try to do it in the meantime, it's just a matter of will and a little know how with things.
