Re: All about Nele...
But I wrote an email to a latex-manufacturer yesterday and asked if he could make a sexy cosplay-outfit for Nele. I'm already excited about that, because this is something I'm fantasizing about for years now. But we have to see if he can do it and if I can afford it...
In the meanwhile I dress Nele in her equestrian outfit again and give her a spin on that pole. I see so much potential there, although a doll with tight joints would be better for this purpose. But we will make do...

She looks so much more... I can't describe it... real, alive, lovely, sort of melancholic and serious?DollAfficionado wrote:That is a great photo.
Only because her mouth is closed now...
As if she has breathed her last breath as a "doll", inhaled a soul and won't let go of it ever again.

A tailor specialized on life-size dolls. Could this be a market gap?
Does anybody from Germany know one?

For the next shots, I'll try to use daylight, if I may find the time during the day. I'm also thinking about buying a used DSLR to be able to use filters and a higher quality lens.
It has become frustrating that I can't show in my pictures what I see in reality. I still have to rely on a lucky shot once in a while...
I'm always happy for some constructive criticism.

Hey. The lucky shot tequnique is my favourite method of photography. You just have to create the right conditions to allow the luck to occur. For every pose take literally dozens of pictures. Take some with flash, some without. Tweak the aperture and shutter settings and take even more pictures. Move a few inches to the left, right, up, and down taking even more pictures. Then move on to the next pose and repeat.nukeno wrote: It has become frustrating that I can't show in my pictures what I see in reality. I still have to rely on a lucky shot once in a while.
I often take over 150 photos of Daria and then ruthlessly trim it down to 10 "lucky" shots.

@Scooter, Good advice, I'll be trying to increase my "luck" that way from now on!

It sure is fun. I wash her, powder her, dress her, just want to take a "quick" picture, and end up having spent hours with her without even noticing it.scooter_ca wrote:The lucky shot tequnique is my favourite method of photography.
