Until today i have not recived neither the doll, nor the money back. They also don't bother to send a tracking ID so i could verify that they send the doll.
All email communication is pretty much one directional.
I will pass on this matter now to my lawyer who will press charge next monday.
Clearly I don't know how much sucess he will have but i'll try anyhow...

I can't recommend this shop, it is scam.

for this particular case, it seems the doll has been held up for a long time with customs - the manufacturers are now involved and are speaking with customs to get it released asap
of course you should have had contact about this and hopefully it's just an oversight (for you, a big one I know) and I hope you will have a swift resolution to your problem ruypez

We apologize for the delay of delivery and make every effort to resolve this quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with DHL and the export in the country of the customer. But we are now sure the problem is solved and DHL is working. The package is currently on the way to the customer. I hope that now, soon arrives with him.

i have trouble with a purchase too, with another german site --Non-verified Vendor-- but by the same company/ person/ imprint Manufaktur Groß & Einzelhandel Mario Hiller in Berlin,
A third site is dollking.de .. Multiple sites already a strong sign/ evidence for SCAM?

I like the forum to help if possible in such cases, maybe a mail from this forum/ whoever has some authority, might bring something.
If nothing changes, i like the sites added to the 'Banned Site List', warnings in threads like this instead of "they seem to be legit and our contacts have heard of no problems" above (2015)..
I have seen Rule 10, but what can be done the other way around?:
can this be discussed with staff, maybe per PM first, if this function is open for me,
is there a way to prove a problem/ a purchase, to add to 'Banned Site List' and so on?
Is there active interest in helping and fighting these SCAMs or would the forum rather take no part in it?
I like to contact the other users an the vendor per PM, if still active. Can the PM-function be manually activated for me or do i really have to 'post some congratulatory or complimentary messages on the forum'?..,
