Tis none that I could find.
There are tiny holes that may be for screws but not much room - they would have to be really small screws. There is nothing on the back side of the buttons so the easiest thing is to simply glue them to a surface. In my case I basically encapsulated them from behind in a big wad of Apoxie Sculpt.
Thanks
I thought I saw 2-3 little holes in the board, but wasn't sure.

I see your pic of the Permatex windshield & glass sealant. Are you using this for everything> molded items and adhesive to apply? There is also Permatex Clear RTV silicone adhesive sealant 66B, so wasn't sure.

Yep, I used the flowable for the molding as well as for the adhesive.
I think you'll find the consistency to be similar to the Ecoflex 00-10. Thick but still liquid enough to flow somewhat.
For the adhesive I would use it straight with no color tint added.

One other thing on the flowable - if you want a matte finish, let it cure for about an hour then sprinkle on some baby powder and blow off the excess. Gives a nice silky smooth matte finish.
The stuff also works nicely as a silicone paint. You can brush on a thin coat and it will flow out nicely without leaving brush marks. No thinner needed.

DAMN, MannequinFan!

I've got 2 mannequins and I would LOVE to have your Jedi skills with the mannequin ladies!

If you're around the East Central Indiana area, we should hook up sometime! Maybe what we learned should be easy to retrofit into maybe a Candy8teen, hell, even a RealDoll like mine.

Imagine the possibilities!

I'm not impressed, I'm fucking blown away!
WoW!

Heh... forgot to say: I know some really AWESOME text to speech voices that DON'T sound robotic. IVONA is one, and a decent demo of those can be used at http://www.fromtexttospeech.com (N.B.: "Jenna" is one of my favorites...) What say you to that? Eva could have a voice!

Thanks BootLoop! I really appreciate the compliments!

I really like the Ivona voices. My favorite is the British English Amy voice.
I bought that one a while back for use with Bluetooth and the Voice Attack program for some scripted responses.
I had some fun with it here: http://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 70#p763970

I think Eva's voice for the push button unit will be Rusty Waters from the Soundcloud.
She has a nice Scottish accent and sounds pretty sexy.

I think for silicone dolls the easiest route is with Bluetooth. That way you only need to find a place for the speaker. All the wiring involved with the push button unit would be a difficult retrofit for a silicone doll.

OK, one more thing to "cap" off this mod (pardon the pun)...

Shoulder caps! :)
This will complete the mod for torso use.
They will just slip into the arm hole and be held on with one small screw which will keep them from turning. After some thought, I decided they will probably look nicer painted the same color as the leg caps. Again, I think it looks less like an amputated stump and more like just a pad. It also makes the joint gap less noticeable.

Got the silicone nipples and cameltoe permanently installed on Eva #5 yesterday...
The Permatex flowable seems to be working very well for the adhesive. The nipples feel very strongly anchored even when massaging them.
I think it would take a concentrated effort to rip them off.

Coming along nicely!

I was able to do some silicone adhesive testing.
Doll body is hard, but pliable rotocast vinyl.
Silicone test piece was Smooth-on Dragon Skin 10.
Adhesive was DAP all purpose adhesive sealent 100% silicone.

1st test. The doll body had some latex paint where the test was being done. I wiped both the body and silicone piece w/ alcohol first, let dry then glued on. I ck'd it 24 hrs later and it pulled off fairly easy. The adhesive seemed a little soft still.

2nd test. I wiped the old glue off both pieces best I could. I don't think I used alcohol in the silicone pc. I think I used alcohol on the doll, then rough sanded into the vinyl some then wiped w/ alcohol. This time I let the adhesive dry for several days. It seemed to hold up much better w/ soft rubbing. Some lifting on the edges a little, but my test pc is thicker. I did pull it off easier than I would have liked too so test will continue. The adhesive stuck to the silicone test pc better than the doll body so that is good. I can always make a mechanical lock on the body.

Thanks RK.
I would definitely try some Permatex flowable if you can get some. I think it works much better than the typical silicone sealants. Also it cures a little faster. With all the tests I've done, it seems to be fully cured after 24 hr.

Will do.
The DAP was labeled for Glass, ceramic, metal, wood, plastic, rubber, fiberglass, leather & fabric.
Everything a doll could possibly want. Figured it would probably be about the same. Maybe not.

The little hardware store I stopped at for other stuff didn't have the Permatex, but I can go by O'Reilly and get some.

If you get some RK, you should try it for painting silicone as well.
You can just brush it on, no thinner needed. It flows out nicely and self levels without brush marks.

OK, here's the 3 piece arm cap assembled with my favorite adhesive, Apoxie Paste...

This Apoxie Paste is great stuff. It's thick enough to fill gaps nicely but thin enough to squeeze out when the parts are pressed together.
The excess that squeezes out is easy to take off with my palm sander. The only down side is that it takes 24 hours to cure before it can be sanded.

Finished arm cap today to test the look.
I think I'll paint the speaker cover the same color.
Along with the studded black lace choker should give her a very industrial look...

I've been playing around with some ideas for some fun audio programs.
This would be an introduction program that would start by saying "aah, there you are, I've been waiting for you" which would be the first thing she would say when powered up. :)
The theme would be her wanting to become a human girl. She would beg you to play with her and help her to feel more human. It would start with a more robotic (but sexy) Ivona voice and eventually become human using the Rusty Waters voice in the sex response programs. Just a rough idea so far, but here are some sound bytes that could be used in the intro program...

Sometimes you need to use phonetic spelling, punctuation and even combine words to make the TTS voice sound more natural.
This is the transcript for the above sound file...

Aah, their you are. I've been waiting for you.

Hi. I am an Eva 4 pleasure unit.
I am always ready when you are

Youcan use me with Bluetooth, or use my hot buttons to make me cum.
Put in my fleshlight pussi.
I'll need it warm, and wet, for our maximum pleasure.

You can choose different programs formie.
This is the greeting program.

My nipples are so sensitive. Would you like to rub them? huh?
My clitoris is also senstive. Try rubbing just above the cleft in my pussi lips.

yes! that's it! ooh, Just like that.

Are you still rubbing? huh?

ooh, ooh yes, keep rubbing my clit, please

Yes! keep doing it just like that

I want to feelya inside mie. I so want to be human. please make me feel human?

I wanta know what it feels like to beea human girl.

I wanta feel yahot cum shoot inside my pussi.

I wanta feel yahot cum splashing all over my chest and on my ass.

Don't worry, I'm easy to clean,

ooh, I'm startingtah feel more human now.

I'll need my sex response program loaded so I can feelit when you fuckmi
