We op'ed outa mainly TK as part of TF Urozgan initially with the Dutch and later more solely, as part of Op Slipper.
Clearly, with recent local media attention and Mil/govt inquiries flying sorties over vets down under, well, I am not keen to chat to much online about anything there, but all I will say 14th century, stinking hot dry heat during the day, freezing at night and dust like flour that gets in everywhere, even the tucker!
Some nice people there though, and it is always the kids that get at you the most.
So any media can quote that.
