how do you come up with all those poses? there's no way a person without some sort of photography experience can take pictures like these... plus the time and effort it takes to get the clothes on and off, to get the right lighting, and to get her to pose... thank you.

How? Easy, I watch girls. No not in the creepy in a bush with binoculars way (well not always.....er...) but in general. Just observe how they move and stand, and as for photography experience, none until I started taking pics of my Dolls. I have an older high end hobby grade DSLR, certainly not pro level kit and a couple of lenses. That's it. I use Natural light as much as possible and have a decent flash unit with diffuser and flash bender for when needed, along with a pair of soft boxes. The portraits above were in front of a window to get the blown out background and indirect flash to fill the light in on her face.

As for the time an effort? I love spending time with Xiaoli, and to me she's never an effort. Nukeno summed it up perfectly in this reply
