The Luo head is very cute. Are her lips sealed, or do they come apart for oral?

The Luo lips are sealed. Only the Penny and Kathy heads (both meant for bodies larger then 145) are capable of oral.

I think they have one oral capable head for 145 models.
You have to ask them directly because they don't advertise it but I heard on the forum that it does exist. Don't know which face it is either.....
