Illumination was pretty poor so I wanna give it a second try probably in a different room with better light. We'll see

Awesome stuff. If you can't tell already, I love creative costumes! Those goggles look badass, and I like photos where dolls are shown like they're doing something.

Good luck with the next shoot. You should put something in the black and white portrait challenge this month (it's pretty easy, and entering is fun!)

Yeah I was thinking some steampunk stuff might look good in black and white, also I will probably use the first hat on the next shot... Let's see how it goes

I adore the purple hair with purple eyes. It seems we have similar tastes. The steampunk and alicemaid outfits are very well done!

The cosplay is well done ! Shoud give that a try too ...

As for the flash, try without the on camera flash and use regular lights around the house. Light will be a lot more natural then the straight in the face flashes. I never use flash for my photos, just regular household light and 1 or 2 lamps if necessary. (see sig.)

Anyways, the 145 elf looks so cute ! You think it will fit (look alright) on the 158 ?

I don't think this exact outfit will fit a 158 but you can try a different one maybe a size S Will do the trick. You could also customize something as well its fun.

Yes she is wearing lipstick, it was kinda difficult because it kept running while posing, it was not cooperating very much. We do have some steampunk items in our house, so we thought it would be kinda neat for pics. I'll be doing another steam photo shoot probably in December since right now I have my mom visiting for 3 weeks.

I've tried just using eye shadow on my girls lips and it looks okay for natural colors but I don't get those bright colors or the wet look.
Your girl looks great in these pictures!
She is very expressive.
