I really like how she shines. Only DS Dolls seem to shine that much. Is that the actual silicone recipe they use or is the doll painted with some lacquer finish. There's a video somewhere showing a Realdoll being airbrushed I wonder if they do that with these dolls.

She is quite shiny ... even after a thorough powdering. And "Yes" it is the actual silicone recipe ... there is no topcoat of anything. I think she shines a bit more than lighter skinned DS's due to her deep tan.

I'm told by Mahoro that the makeup spray painting is then sealed in with a layer of transparent silicone. The makeup painting on DS dolls is exceptional and transforms them into a reality beyond the capabilities of other doll manufacturers, indeed into people so useful as photographic models, apart from anything else.

In the scams section of this forum I have drawn attention to a cheeky copy of one of the DS heads made by a fake manufacturer and it's quite apparent that DS have a near unique ability to achieve an exceptional finish that leave dolls by other manufacturers looking like lumps of silicone.

I'd expect talc massaging to kill the reflections, however.

Insert hole/Vag is 23cm deep. insert is 22cm in length and 21cm in depth ... will stretch (if need be ... lol) to 23cm+. Feeling and sensation is incredible ... allows a full on "balls-to-the-wall" penetration ... no need to moderate ... just go to town, Buddy!!

This feature is way worthy of exchanging the second head option for. To me, the doll only needs one head.

I have noticed that her makeup is different/better? than other dolls I have ... seems more "permanent" like it is sealed in ... and you have cleared that up for me. THANKS!! Now is the entire doll sealed? She really seems to shine when freshly bathed.

I did see your comparisons between the two heads ... plain as day as which one is DS head ... looks "alive"!

TALC?!?!? Uh ... sorry ... cornstarch all the way BABY!!! Have read that talc is rather abrasive with long term use, so I do not use it. I give all my girls a very thorough massage using nothing but corn starch with lavender scent added ... may be adding some cocoa powder to the mix for Nina's powderings, so she's not so ashy looking when freshly powdered. LOL!
