TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DAMAGE part2

So, I've had this problem with Inserts from Orient Industry's that i hope some you of you might be able to assist me with, so far i've owned my doll for about 2 months, and i'm on my third insert, and they aren't cheap!! $250 each!! well, the thing that saddens me the most is that the 1st insert was destroyed within a minute of penetration... well i was thinking... manufacturing defect... since the 2nd one has been used over 20x without incident... well to my dismay, the third one came in, and within a minute it is destroyed in similar fashion... i'm really not certain what i can do, since this sort of item has a no return policy, so i'm asking for help! these are pics of what the damage to the insert looks like, and of course i'm considering a silicone type of glue, but i'm not sure which one i should get! since the nature of these inserts is to be grinded on, i wouldn't want my dick to fall off in the process due prolonged exposure to a bonding agent ( if you get my drift ). Any inputs are greatly appreciated =D, in return i give you a pic of my photo shoot in the works!

Your Member must be pushing the insert right against the lip to the point where your insert is cut and rips clean. I have a pair of fake boobs that is super-strong and you can bang it , drop it , toss it against the wall and it won't have any damage but cut it a little with a razor and it will peel off a strip of rubber easy like a banana skin or String Cheese. The damage in your photos looks just like the cuts I made to remove some of the material in the boob. To test this theory take the insert , put it in your doll and leave it out so the damaged part is out.Now see if you can press your finger down on the insert right at the dolls insert lip and how easy it is to break through at that pressure point. If this is just a design flaw to make money at $250 a pop you may want to try a $35 Soda can size Fleshlight insert as a replacement or some similar type lower cost insert. $250 a pop is too much for doll sex IMHO

yah, i'm definitely not forking 250$ over again for this inferior quality defect, but... like i said the 2nd one has worked perfectly all this time without incident... so any advice on a particularly safe adhesive i could use in moderation to fix this would be appreciated. Also any high grade recommendations for ona hole inserts are appreciated as well.

20 times is not a long use of an insert. My Fleshlight has over 600 uses and still going strong and I paid $54 new for that.

In other News: Orient Industry has just promoted Hiro Osaka to Vice President after his work on the new Peesashitelite insert turned out to send the companies profits through the roof last year...

Hiro: "We used to sell one or two inserts a year but now with our new formula we sell over 200 inserts per customer a year"

Need to overlube them so "something else" has to slip as frictionless as possible.
Purchase those 70 buck Maria Ozawa Utensil Race meiki onaholes (Meiki Up or Down are better for finish but may be tuff to cut down) from Toydemon & other joints - look at the cross section cutaway pics at Toydemon, Wacky Outlet, Kanajo Toys etc. & trim them with razor knives & scissors to match the Orient Boeing & Wave inserts external shape

I finally carved down the Utensil Race onahole to a size that fits snugly in the Rosa's opening. It has to be cut carefully but it can be done with the smaller "Proof" version, which is modeled after Japanese pornstar Maria Ozawa.

All I can say is it's AMAAAZING! The Utensil Race, which I already tried as a standalone, invited me into a whole new level of realism when used as a doll insert. Fingering a woman during love making is something I thoroughly enjoy doing and to finally be able to convincingly simulate that with my Ami just added a whole new dimension to our good times. I have never enjoyed fingering a toy before this.

Seriously, this is the only onahole I've ever tried that feels organic in texture.

they've pretty much dissipated, but i have new ones from not properly undressing her when i pet her away. such a hassle thou =( thx for asking

Apparently you're a little too long for that insert.

Get a two-part silicone kit from Abyss or 1PC.
Make yourself a mold for the insert repair : wrap plastic wrap onto a toilet paper roll / or other cylindrical object that fits into the insert. *this is your important diameter*.
Get a soda bottle, cut the straight (body) of the bottle to make the outside mold.
Coat both molds with a film of liquid dish soap & let dry.
Put your inside mold into the insert, with thing mold you can lengthen the insert however long you want it. Stand the insert/mold onto the end piece. Put the outer mold around the insert /mold, leave a gap at the top (along the barrel of the insert).
Mix up the two part, for a rough use area like this, instead of 10:1 ratio, use a 5:1 ratio in mixing silicone to activator.
Pour the mix in the opening on the outside mold, use a tongue depresser to be sure silicone fills the void btwteen then molds.

Wait 24 hrs, carefully remove the molds.

I don't know what to say about the damage. I've never seen that sort of tear at the tops and bottoms.

I just wanted to add, in case you are getting ripped off, that the inserts are cheaper when you buy them in units of four. It is not listed on the main page. You have to go through the shopping process. For example, 4 L holes would be 35000. Now I don't know what country you are in and what your taxes and fees are. I just wanted to share that. List price for 4 would be 56000

I've tried a Maria Hole and it did not fit my doll. It was too big and consumed the entire hole cavity. I've also tried alot of other after market inserts, and they never worked well.

I'd contact orient and see if they would replace the inserts. That just doesn't look like normal wear to me. Yeah, they rip, but the tops don't tear off.

I was always hoping that one of the american doll companies would make a knock off with a realistic look. It would be easy with their expertise???

i agree with most people on here.
get a fleshlight insert or make your own. 250 bucks for one thats crazy, and if it only works one time, not worth it.
