Do yldoll heads fit other tpe bodies? How are they attached?

YL heads are from the Jinsan factory of dolls. So they will fit all WM, OR, YL bodies etc etc.

They use the standard M16 connector so are interchangeable with many other manufacturers also.

Have removed the link due to it being a counterfeit copy btw. We don't like to send traffic to fake sellers.

However...that is a JY doll (or would be if correct) and yes a YL head will connect to a JY as they use the same M16 connector.

You will not get that body when you orde its nothing like what is pictured in the ad. The head is under sized for the body the arms are the same size as a standard doll w/ no muscles and the waist is a lot thinner. It will be a M16 bolt on head
