YLDoll is doll manufacturer based in China. Since 2013 we have been creating life size dolls made of thermoplastic elastomer known as TPE. Eric was such a great one to deal with. Your right he must have been working overtime. That's what makes great customer service. He was quick with the responses and was more than willing to make things work. I hope mine gets here soon too.

Well friends, Viola made it to Canada in two days! Wow! Just stuck in customs now. Fedex tracking shows a clearance delay? Is this customs or Fedex? I hope one of the two get hold of me. Maybe I'm just impatient.
I think it's CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) and their paranoia. Or their taking pictures with her! Lol! Likely running police checks on whom it's delivered too etc. WE have quite a socialist set of government rules here. Government has to do something with all the tax they get from us. (Over 50%)
