YLDoll is doll manufacturer based in China. Since 2013 we have been creating life size dolls made of thermoplastic elastomer known as TPE. The dolls are incredibly soft to the touch and when powdered feel very similar to human skin. These dolls are anatomically correct but can be used for other purposes besides sexual such as companions, film props, mannequins or decoration. Our dolls are very flexible and poseable by using stainless steel skeleton designs. Our team consists of excellent designers and production workers to provide excellent before and after-sale service. All materials comply with the National Health & Safety Standards which is harmless to humans and is environmental friendly. We offer OEM service!

I am not sure what to do. My doll has a broken right foot. The metal that runs front to back (standing option) will bend very easily. I discovered it when dressing my doll today. I extended the foot to make it easier to put pants on. When I pushed the foot back up the toe part bent up but the heel part did not move like it should. The metal is not broken through but it bends so over time the metal will fatigue and eventually break.
The doll is a YL155 Custom A cup. She was new last April. Very disappointing to have this happen.
Same thing had happened to my "Heidi" when I received it. Purchased second hand via TDF sales though, but would have been nice for seller to have disclosed.
My sympathies. Your issue seems more serious than the one I am dealing with. Mind you fixing either your issue or mine is not so simple. For now I have the foot at a proper 90 degree angle. Clothes go on and off over the foot like that. Standing for storage is still possible but the foot does compress more now.
Heidi is able to stand on her crutches but her left knee joint upon arrival is quite weak too (loose) so she is also getting some help from the kitchen counter.

Wonderfull! I like your attitude!
It's not a failure, it's a feature!
And Heidi is a strong woman, she doesn't feel handicapped.
She makes the best of her situation!
Love it!
Life is a strange game: "The only winning move is not to play." Yet here I am, dreaming about reality again...

I have an idea for an external foot plate. If I can get one made that might work.
Would be honored to give a step by step instruction.
