Or I guess we can get one of these, I actually personally find this doll extremely attractive.

Can't seem to find / get benzoyl peroxide over the counter here in Canada any stronger than 5% and that's a liquid, not a cream. Strongest cream I can find is 3% and it doesn't seem to be working well. Tried ordering the Dr. Song product suggested earlier but it won't ship to Canada. Probably a legal issue with the strength higher than 10%.

Cold cream method not working for me either :(

My stains remain

Did you try baby oil? It's worked for me on some stains.

This will work and should be readily available:

Rub some gently on stain using fingers. Allow to work for 12hours or overnight. Remove residue with damp cloth. Additional lightening should occur over next day or two. Repeat as needed. Apply baby oil after each treatment.

Apply the cream on the stain. let it stay there for 2 hours. Washed it off. It will remove 70% + of the stain right then. But the next day you will notice it continued to work and the stain will be gone. That was my experience with 2 different stains. My dolls are the lightest possible skin tone of white. I do not have any experience with tan skin TPE dolls. I don't know why it worked, But I am glad it did. I take more risks with clothes that have bright or dark colors than I used to.

This is what I got:
