Re: 166C wait times
Once the TPE has been poured into a mold, how long is it before the mold is removed? Would be nice to know what their throughput is.
My vendor said that, "they are trying to get more moulds of the 166cm doll in place to speed up production."
Whether that will happen or is just something they say to quieten enquiries I dont know

But Silicone Lovers have kept me well informed. Also they had good news today, she is nearly finished and I should have photos either today or tomorrow ! I am really looking forward to seeing them.

That is good news! Maybe mine is not far behind.tommie987654321 wrote:I ordered mine on Jan 17th. Nearly 7 weeks now. CNY and the popularity of the 166c have lead to lengthy delays.

Do i go with the original #273?
Or #118 who reminds me of someone i had a real "thing" for?
#15 is just tantalising and first model i saw.
And finally #201 but keep seeing what looks like different versions.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I got two heads as well - 273 & 233. While I do love 273, I consider 233 my main head for this doll. They're both hotties though.Agalmatoreveur wrote:I ordered two heads with mine, and I still haven't unwrapped the second head, because I'm so captivated by the "main" one I wanted. One of the heads was the #273, just because she's the kind of "official" head of this body, and suits it very well. My doll's main head, the #124, is more my personal choice, but the #273 definitely has a totally different energy and personality to it. They probably would have totally different wig and wardrobe styles as well. Having at least one other head would open up lots of fun possibilities.

Yeah, 74's a beauty, no doubt. I got her with my last doll before the 166C. Reminds my of Gal Gadot.tommie987654321 wrote:I think your right, it opens up lots of possibilities. I ordered mine with head 74 but I'm thinking about getting at least 2 more. Will be better able to decide when she arrives.
It's funny though, as while it is indeed nice to have alternate heads, I do find that after I've had the doll for a while, I don't want to change out the heads as much. I've now got 8 extra heads, but they don't get much use, as I feel bad removing my favorites from the dolls.
