Looking for non-stock photos of head #85

It seems this industry is full of scammers and I've come to realization that I need to be extremely careful before making a first purchase. I've contacted a whole bunch of TDF "authorized" resellers and asked them to send me a NON-stock photo of this model http://wmdolls.com/photos/index.php?/category/233 and they either don't reply or state they don't have it in stock and need to order from the manufacture. I contacted a store on AliExpress that seemed real (WMDOLLs Store) and their rep sent me literally dozens of factory photos but the product still looked kinda off.

Does anyone here have this model (or head #85) and would be kind enough to share a photo? I just want to see 1 real life example of this model actually existing so I know the stock photos aren't just smoke and mirrors. I'd be extremely grateful to just see 1 photo.

Hi there and welcome to TDF. Head 85 is a popular choice and there are several lovely examples on the forum that can be found using the search function. Here's a pic of my own, Keiko, from a recent photo shoot we did. I should point out that Keiko's makeup is no longer original as it's been totally removed and reapplied. You will get a significantly different look with a change of wig and make-up and variations in lighting and skin tone, worth bearing in mind when comparing images. Hope that helps.

Just like Arthur said, totally different skin tone, makeup etc. Here's a pic of my customized wm 158b Zoey.

I happen to have the exact model, WM156c/#85. And it doesn't get more non-stock than Sakura. It should be noted that I did nothing to her factory makeup except put colored lip gloss on her as needed when it wore off. Also, I'm not a photographer and each picture was taken with my cell phone camera.

A few additional questions:

@Nazario_Oldham @BWheeler1 These pictures look like exactly what I'm looking for. Are they "out of the box" with no make up or did you have to apply. In fact did you have to remove make up? Is see less eye liner and that is my preferred look.

One other thing I've noticed is some stock photos which supposedly have head #85 is that they have eye lashes under the eyes. For example, if you click my link, the blonde with glasses and UK shirt. All 3 users above have posted images that don't seem to show eye lashes under the eye just like in the stock photo in my link of the girl in the follower dress. I don't know what to believe here. Can anyone comment on this? I prefer the version without bottom lashes btw.

All I've had to do to her makeup is lips and occasional powdering along the cheeks. Maybe an adjustment or two depending on the photo challenge subject etc.

Wow! That's an exact match. Confirms my suspicion with lashes tho... Are they actually removable? Or did she not come with bottom lashes?

You can take the lashes off if you want to, but it didn't come with bottom lashes.

I've done nothing to her makeup except lip gloss. The rest is what she came with. Also, I did nothing with her eyelashes, she never had bottom ones. But if you got one and she did come with them, they do come off pretty easily. I obviously changed her wig, but everything else is out of the box. She was the exact doll from what you posted, the one where she's naked in that bathroom.

Face 85 is indeed beautiful! A bunch of close "2nds" on my top list, but 85 will always be number 1!
Here's one of my favorite pics of Yumiko!

The face is quite versatile as well. Simply changing the eye color and hair color can give an entirely different appearance.
