What a difference a change of eyes makes.

Original brown half dome eyes.

This is a set I bought for my RealDoll many years ago. Gray or light blue 24mm spherical. Used a regular cotton ball for filler.

Jaybee-- those blue eyes are incredible. WOW! They make a big difference. I have blue and brown set from WM, but the RD one's are great. I wouldn't have expected them to fit this size doll.

Thanks Ning. I did have to use a cotton ball as filler in her eye sockets but they are much easier to move and swap than the larger original half-dome eyes. I recall I got them from a seller on eBay, 24mm acrylic doll eyes. I'm looking to get another pair or two.
