Yes the head is designed by Mizuwali, the guy behind piperdolls and many dollhouse 161 dolls. I have briefly talked with him and he is a great artist.

I have pretty good luck with girls size 10. Most of the time the fit pretty well. I can't really give links because I buy almost everything from second hand stores and websites.

I will concur that girls size 10 fits 140 perfectly. Girls size 10 and Youth Large are about perfect. Womens XS will fit nicely but are a hard find. I get most of my clothes from thrift stores.... Some of the dresses for Kat came from eBay..

When at Walmart I look for anything that has stretchy fabric loose stretchy fitting jeans and small girls shoes or women's size 4. Since I have many dolls of many sizes what doesn't fit one may fit another, but that's me.
