Hi, thanks, yes she's still my favourite tpe gal even though I've now got 2 others, I think your first doll makes an impact on you when you see her. Anyway in the UK I get Sarah size 4 to size 6 dresses and leggings etc. Also size petite or XS. Get underwear in small size and for bras size 28D or 30D seem to fit quite well and you can always adjust the straps. I get adult size 3 shoes although Sarah doesn't stand much as she has non standing feet, still shoes are good for photo shoots. I have found size 4 clothes available in Primark but you can get lots of stuff on eBay. My advice would be to look for good quality second hand stuff on eBay as it's less likely to stain. Ah, now that's an idea, you've just reminded me that I believe I still have one of my ex wife's nurse uniforms somewhere! I shall have a look for it in the next few days, stay tuned, I suspect Nurse Sarah will be on duty soon!

Mind you I should say that UK nurse uniforms are nothing like the things you see at fancy dress parties! Still should be fun, will have to take it in a bit to fit Sarah!
