Keiko, a WM145 with head 85 has just arrived

Wow, Keiko gets a trip to the park. I need to get one of my ladies out for a shoot. Keiko inspires me.

Is that a skirt she is wearing? I would like to see any photos you may have that show the whole shirt? She looks wonderful.

Hi Metricnut, I was a bit cheeky and used a backdrop I had for those pics but I do hope to start taking my gals over to the park near me, I just need to get a wheel chair to do it. Yes I really like that skirt on Keiko, see attached pic from last week where you can see it more clearly...

Thanks for the kind words on Yumiko's thread Arthur! Keiko's thread was one of the reasons I fell in love with face 85 in the first place! I was actually wondering a couple things about her.... Are your outdoor shots truly outdoor or are you using a green screen trick of some sort? I wish I was brave enough to take my lady outside (I'm sure she wouldn't mind it either). Maybe when I get my house out in the country I'll get courageous enough! And did you actually pierce Keiko's ears with real ear rings?

Hi JCnine, to answer your questions, those last few pics of Keiko were actually using a backdrop I have. I set it up in my conservatory with the light coming from behind the backdrop so it looked quite real. I did try lighting Keiko from the front but the results weren't as good as I hoped as I currently just have the one diffused light box but they still looked ok. If you look back in her thread though I have done a few shoots in my garden and am hoping to take her out for a trip somewhere soon as she and Shuri are the easiest of my gals to pose and they stand well. As for the earrings, I look for clip on earrings on eBay, you can get most styles for non pierced ears, they will leave an imprint on the ear lobe though but they still look ok.

I don't often take pics of my ladies completely starkers (well not post them anyway!) But there are times when I think that they just look too good not to share and today I thought Keiko looked particularly lush while waiting for her baby oil to soak in!

Ha ha, hi djcdoll, I wondered if someone would spot that! Actually, because of the long dry spell a lot of trees have been shedding their leaves, especially in my garden! I really need to get another light box when my pension is in as working with a backdrop can be spoilt by shadows with only one light source, still im happy with the backdrop, was only a couple of quid in a sale on eBay, just ordered another one of a field of lavender which should be nice.

I need to look into getting some proper lighting for my photos at some point, especially when winter comes along and it's darker.
