They look good.
Is this actual hairs on a stick on tape or a tattoo?
I assume a tattoo.
I have some stick on eyebrows that are real or imitation hairs, but they are very coarse.

These fantastic soft black brows are 2-1/4 inches in length with a moderate arc.
Beauti-full brows are the newest innovation in semi-permanent cosmetics. They have the reliability of permanent make-up and don't rub off like traditional eyebrow pencils, stencils or powders. However, they are removable eyebrows and will allow you the option for change.
These brows are only suited if you have very fine brows, or complete brow loss.
They are incredibly simple to apply. You will receive one sheet of 9 pairs. Simply cut around a pair, peel the back off and apply to where you want them to be. Press onto your skin (or over fine brows) and gently dab on warm water. You then keep the pressure on for 1 to 2 minutes.
When a couple of minutes has passed, simply remove the backing and there you have a perfect brow. You can swim, visit the sauna/steam room, workout in the gym, shower and feel confident that the brow will stay. They normally last for 2 to 3 days, before they need replacing. To get the maximum lifespan from your false brows, please remove any creams, oils or lotions from your brow area before applying them.
