Thanks guys! I was really happy with the outcome of the outdoor shoot, the weather was nice and the equipment and doll behaved well :)

These were part of a shoot that WM never published. The head # is unknown to me, and I got it by mistake I think as I was expecting head #162. Head fits doll nicely, but it is kinda special and not really my taste. Anyway with a little lipstick and superbly fitting clothes it turned out alright. This is the doll body with a little lighter tan, and not the same as the one in the outdoor shoot, also it has been powdered so it is not as shiny and "alive" as the other doll body. I posted a few of these earlier so not gonna repost them, here are a few more of this set.

Great photos Mandos, as per usual.
Somehow I think they could give you a snarling werewolf head and you would find a way to make it look sexy. You are very talented, and I always look forward your photos.

Small update. Not a new one, but converting to B&W brings new life to photos that would otherwise be scrapped.

Once again Mandos, incredible work!

This doll is nr. 1 on my wish-list for a first doll, thanks to your presentations.

Your "snowbunny" pictures made me think about something; TPE seems to become softer and from what i can tell, with praises from the community.
That might lead to the TPE being easier damaged during long photo-sessions, but what is it like in the cold? I can imagine it gets more "sturdy"?

Wouldn't photographers be able to prolong the dolls lifetime if cold climate was adviced during sessions? Or maybe the chillfactor from a traditional floorstand fan would be enough to cool her down in time?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Thanks for your input, WhataTimeToBeAlive. The TPE does get a little bit firmer when cold, and it will be a bit more resistant, true. Photo sessions are not really that tough on the doll because I use lots of time to carefully pose the doll and there is rarely any damage. What seem to damage the dolls are mishaps during moving (rubbing against walls etc.) and rough sex (throwing the doll around twisting her hands etc.). I do store the dolls in a cool room, if it helps or not I am not sure.
It’s a learning curve and accidents will happen - the heavier the doll the more prone to damage.

I salute your patience for posing! O7
But honestly i think I'd go nuts with this girl (or two?) and a camera!

Thanks for the insight on doll tear when posing! How long do yours last on average? (sorry if already answered somewhere)

Thanks Alfons08,

The camera really isn’t the important factor, lights are. But I mainly use a Nikon D800 with a selection of lenses and a Fuji X100s.

Well that all depends on how you treat the doll. I still have my two YL dolls from mid 2014 in good shape, they do not see much action nowdays though because I have these beauties with me. Your doll will need small repairs eventually, because you will make errors and mistakes. So get yourself some glue and stain remover when you get the doll to save time and frustration. But if you care well (and by that I do not mean care as in love or feelings toward the doll, although that doesn’t hurt :D ) for the doll she will last as long as you want I suppose. None of my dolls show any sign of disintegrating, as many back in 2013/14 said would happen. If the dolls are suppose to turn into a blob of melted or disintegrated TPE before they are 5 years old they better hurry. In my experience the biggest threat to the doll’s well being seems to be the transport company that carries the doll to your door when she is new.
