I recall once seeing an instructional video on how to replace eyes on a WM doll, but I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone have any instructions or pointers on how to do this? Anything I need to be aware of before I attempt it? I'm worried about damaging her eyelashes, or stretching the skin on her face too much, etc.

This is one of the links MannequinFan gives when you inquire about quick change eyes. It shows how to install his current eye models. he does not show how he removed them, but he does do a step by step for replacing the old eyes.

When changing eyes out, pull vertically NOT horizontally to open the eye cavity, then pull out the 1/2 round ball. Pull ing horizontally may damage the eyelashes. But not too much or else a tear may occur. I would HIGHLY recommend MF's eyeballs (MannequinFan), as they are really perfect.
