Hi,
since people are still surprised sometimes that it is possible to
combine heads and bodies from different brands and/or manufacturers, I will introduce some of our
Dollstudio Dollworks adapters from time to time.
Today I will start with
OI2EX or
OI-head-onto-EXlite-body. As the name says, this adapter allows you to connect any
head by Orient Industry with an
EX-lite body.
The adapter looks like so:

Yes Sandro. Thanks for bringing this wonderful innovation onto the market.
I am a TPE man and have 5 TPE ladies already. If a get a Z1 silicone doll soon are there adapters for putting TPE (ie WM/OR) heads onto the Z1 silicone dolls and also vice versa?

For that combination you do not need an adapter as it's a regular M16 thread.
However, you might be interested in
Indigo's Magnetic M16 Connector. It is not necessary, but it makes your life with dolls easier.
In any case I would recommend to mechanically separate the TPE and the silicone parts, e.g. on the neck. You could try a plastic bag, or cut out a huge "washer" from a piece of plastic. Just make sure that TPE and silicone parts are not in direct contact for extended periods of time.

Hi,
today I will take a look at the
OI-head-onto-M16-body family of adapters.

This includes:
- OI2WM - OI head onto WM Doll/WM Dolls body
- OI2OR - OI head onto OR Doll body
- OI2YL - OI head onto YL Doll body
- OI2DH - OI head onto Doll House 168 body (*)
- OI2JY - OI head onto JY Doll body
- … and many more.

Hi,
it's adapter time again…
Today's
Dollstudio Dollworks adapter connects a
Doll Sweet head with the
EX-lite body:

The wire goes through the DS head and can be used to stabilize an EX-lite which might get out of balance otherwise (head is relatively heavy, compared with the lightweight body).

Hi,
in-between adapter introductions, something for for relaxation…
This is a hybrid doll with a
Maid-Fong body by
Maidlee Doll and various
heads by Z-Onedoll:
- DSC05133.JPG (297.41 KiB) Viewed 8943 times
Skin tone of the ZO head is "white" - a bit too light.
- DSC05137.JPG (360.37 KiB) Viewed 8943 times
Skin tone of the ZO head is "natural" - it's an almost perfect match.
Maid-Fong and Z-Onedoll are made of silicone, so harmful material interactions are not to be expected.
Head and body are connected with the magnetic
Dollstudio Dollworks ZO2ML adapter.

Hi,
today I will take a look at the
4woods-head-onto-something family of adapters.
Last January I already introduced the
4W base adapter and one use case, the
4W2DS adapter which allows to attach a
4woods head onto a
Doll Sweet body.
Another use case for the
4W base adapter is the
4woods-head-onto-M16 family of adapters. These adapters allow you to
connect any head by 4woods with a
body with threaded M16 connector.
This includes, amongst others:
… and many more.
The adapter looks like so:

I'd like to see the opposite a Z-one head or a Sanhui on a DS body.

For ZO head onto DS body, that would be an adapter of the M16-onto-DS family (e.g. ZO2DS). We have that too (of course
Sanhui uses a different (smaller) thread than ZO and can not be adapted non-destructively onto a DS body.
However, Sanhui heads can go onto all M16 threaded bodies, including those from Z-Onedoll (silicone) and all common TPE brands (WM/YL/OR/JY/DH/JN/IT etc.)
I will show the ZO2DS adapter in a couple of days.
