Myself, I don't know if you will find any full size doll of good quality for that price. Their website is down for upgrades at the moment, but https://www.toydemon.com/ has a good selection of hips and such (with reviews to read) in your price range.
I've personally taken an interest in the Magic Eyes Physical Relationship torso that Toy Demon offers. It's around your price range, I think. Here's a review of it:

It's not a full size doll, but what is there looks like it will feel real good...a lot better than a blow-up doll IMO
