Contact a member as newbie

Post by schenja »

Dear Realdoll Owners,

I created a new topic in the forum called "WANTED Items".
Today I got a replay to my post but I have no possibilities to reply.
Ether directly nor via private message.

I am new at dollforum.com and there are that restrictions:
You cannot post new topics in this forum
You cannot reply to topics in this forum
You can edit your posts in this forum
You can delete your posts in this forum
You cannot post attachments in this forum

How could I contact the user that replied to my topic?

Best regards

Schenja

Hi schenja

You are able to reply directly in the thread which you started.

You might find some useful information about posting in the new members welcome Page http://www.dollforum.com/forum/viewtopi ... 31&t=69369

Also I have sent you a PM.

EDIT: It is possible that new member restrictions apply to the wanted section and you cannot reply to your post. Please follow the instructions contained in the PM which you can find under new messages, top left of screen.

I hope that helps

First five posts

Post by schenja »

Hi Mondoon,

Thank you for help.
My first five posts need to be approved by staff.
Could such post also be a reply to an existing topic like this one?
Or should I create every time a new one?

Best regards

Schenja

Looks like you got your 5 posts, brother. The world is your oyster. Well, the forum is your oyster anyway. :)

I happened across this post and thought I'd jump in here instead of creating yet another newbie post. :) After I found TDF and searched around for articles of interest, I, too, found that I couldn't post to those Titles with questions or opinions... heh. bummer. I know five posts isn't much, but it is if one is trying to use TDF to get information more immediately! :^O Hey, no offense to anyone... just slightly frustrated (no, not in that way). Anyhow, I have a doll that really needs her wrists fixed. I really don't feel confident, nor probably have the proper tools, to fix them. So I found someone that says they are in Massachusetts (I'm in east NY!). I'll have to contact them (by PM, perhaps) after my five posts. The post title is "Honest + new here looking for doll that needs tlc/repair USA". So, here's counting posts. Thanks for your understanding (staff and interested parties).
