Hi everyone,

I am looking at purchasing the doll that RealLoveSexDolls has named "Ari." I have seen the same model on other sites and was wondering if anyone had purchased this model (WM dolls, head #78). I want to make sure I will getting pretty much what is in the photos. For what I have checked online and in here, the vendor is legit.

I am also a former TDF member. My former name was ShadowCat, but I haven't a clue what my old password is! I miss Aki (RD2), but I had too hard a time dealing with how heavy he was. Here's hoping 72-75 pounds is more manageable.

RLSD is an approved vendor here on TDF so you should definitely be in good hands. I have purchased a WM 160 CM Male doll, but with head # 207. His weight will be about 90 pounds. He isn't here yet, but I can give you a review of him and definitely post some pics of him when he arrives. It isn't the same body though.

Great, thanks. I have checked three different sites and was surprised to see that one didn’t list the weight, another said 47kg (103 lbs) and RLSD says 72 lbs. I sent a message to all three companies but haven’t heard back yet. Is there more than one 160 cm body? I only saw that and 175 cm (5 ft 9 inch, I think). I am hoping for the lighter weight.

Unless you’re very fit you will find anything over about 35kg a bit of a challenge to move around and carry! Beyond 40kg would make him pretty much static in bed but if you’ve already had a RD you’ll know about that!

It is a shame for lady doll owners that male dolls tend to come out heavier for an equivalent height in female dolls but that’s because of their physique giving them a larger body mass! If I remember rightly, DS males do come out a bit lighter but then they’re not to everyone’s taste and are more expensive!

May I suggest you have a word with Jeff at Booty Call Dolls? Send him a pm. He is in touch with the market and will go that extra mile to find things for customers - plus he does great deals for TDF members.

Hmm, still didn’t receive it. I will have to contact Comcast when I return from vacation. I get notices from this forum ok in my email, but nothing back from the other vendor sites I contacted either. Not sure what’s up with that.

No worries - FYI I didn't get a bounce back either time and the emails were exactly the same, so yes you may want to check that with comcast.

I'll PM you on here now with the vital info. (I attempted to PM on TDF last time but it didn't seem to like the cut and paste from regular email and kept giving me an error message so will try now sans links/files).

Yeah, I'm kinda resigned to the weight issue. I will just have to purchase a new patient lift, which is what I used with my former RealDoll. The shorter height should help some as well, considering Aki was 5'9". And I found lifts that folds up for storage (yay).
