How to Sale Male Doll?

Dear Friends,
I received my male doll yesterday.
My flat is small and I realise, I cannot accommodate, due to fear of guests visiting!
I have got a flight case that fits under the bed, but it is not still enough space for me in my flat, hence I wish to sale my almost unused doll.
Can you advise me as how can I sell it please?
His pictures are in the doll album.
I am in London, UK.
Any help with this is much appreciated.
