Check out these links. There are some store display mannequins called Bendies. They are posable male and female foam filled dolls, with a velvet skin. They can be bent at the joints by up to 45 degrees.
Now they have a new selection called Flexiskin, which is a rubbery vinyl skin that allows for body definition and a smooth finish. They also have fingers and detailed faces. They don't have genitals.
Anyway, it shouldn't be too hard to make realistic adjustments. The female dolls could be adapted to take a pocket pussy/anus, either making cuts into the doll and plugging in a Hustler Virtual Girl set, or individual pieces like Fleshlights.
For the male dolls you can either go the strap on route for a stable pecker, or some sort ofglue/wire attatchment that would be risky.
Also the neat thing is that these dolls can have custom skin tones, even black people can finally be represented. It looks like the manufacturer is European, but the California distributor does offer 6 skin finishes (there are at least a dozen at the factory site).

Makes ya think anyway. Only $425 US or so. (It's an extra $40 for the flexiskin and an extra$30 for a specific skin tone. Wigs from the site are around $80, but you could get cheap ones from a Holloween costume set). But you'd have to be fairly careful as the manufacturer says that only a few of the steel tube "bones" are repairable, and that you'd have to make ugly cuts into the dolls. Still, they'd be cheaper than a Realdoll, and you could always toss a coat on it when not in use.

Here's the link to the US supplier. Apparently the owner posted the same pic of the velvet bendies at the doll review site and said that he could supply these to anyone who wants to do doll modification. True or a hoax I have no idea, but just maybe these guys are cool.
