I remember i had a body like that Though it was about 30 years ago

These days i protect my abs with a thick layer of Fat ! so no damage can be done to them...

Oh boy if i could only turn back time.

I too remember those times... Fresh out of Boot Camp. I had a wash board abdomen and I still do, but these days it is on the rinse cycle.

Herman is the most realistic male face I have seen so far.

Me as a TSGT in the USAF!
All cardio was HIT
All weight lifting sessions were less than 45 minutes to beat the corsitol vs testosterone battle and of course, I ate very healthy six days out of the week!
Any program that dictates you have to eat healthy 24/7/365 sets you up for failure.
Over eating one day per week does two things
First, psychological. If you love pizza, for example, you can still have it else you might start dreaming of pizza
Second, if you are going into the starvation mode, it KICKS up your metabolism.
The truth might be that many people live to eat vs eating to live.

He is HOT!

Akiko and Sadako are swooning over him. All we keep hearing them say is, "HERMAN..." I've had to hide Hollywu's car keys but knowing Sadako, that won't stop her. I'm a bit concerned you may see those 2 on your doorstep very soon and likely due to a car theft. But just know Sadako will usually show up with a case of beer and pizza.

Congratulations on his, and Tyra's (She's my kind of hottie) arrival. We look forward to seeing more of them.
