Mustaches and TPE

Hey guys.
I ordered my first TPE doll ever from SRSD and I'm planning on customizing him when he gets here. I already ordered him a special wig and I'm totally stoked.
So, I want to give him a little realistic strip mustache, just a thin, dark one. What's the best way to do this, and will it be removable from the TPE?
Is there any particular make-up brand you recommend for it, and any particular product for getting it off if I want to?

Thanks,
CyberCrush :multi:

Never tried it with a stache, but for attaching fake mohair pubes ordinary white glue like Elmer's sticks great to TPE, dries clear and comes right off with warm water. I'd imagine it'd work for facial hair too.

Awesome, thanks for the suggestion! That sounds like it's worth a try.

You could try Spirit Gum & remover combo.

Have you tried this for long periods?

My Jyoti's homemade pube patch has been in place for over a month now. She's had one sponge bath in that time, being careful not to saturate the area and it's just starting to lift slightly. Nowhere near the point of coming off though. However, all it would take to remove is some patience and warm water applied with a Q-Tip. Tried it out on a test piece beforehand with no glue residue or ill effects of any kind.

I plan to do a tutorial as soon as I get a chance. Meanwhile, here's a quick peak.

Thanks so much for the replies, folks. I really appreciate it. That fuzz patch looks really good, Mr. Franz, nice job!

I think I might try something like that method.

I will! My doll is shipping now so in a week or so I'll be able to work on him right away when he gets here. I'm also going to play a little with some make-up and shadowing. Can't wait.

:D
