I thought torsos normally didnt take as long as a full sized doll for delivery? It has been over a month and I haven't even received factory pictures...I'm a little concerned.

The average time frame from order to delivery is 3-6 weeks, so you are still within the normal time frame. You will not get photos until your doll is in QC.
There are several factors that go into how long production takes which include things like how busy the factory is, holidays, and the demand and cue for your particular doll at the time of your order being the most common.
