Cancelling an order
How early of an response should I respect in regards of support in terms of cancelling an order? I made an order 5 hours ago and decided to cancel. I sent messages via website and email but have not gotten a response.

We only had 1 cancelation, of an order made today JakeM32. If so, yes, we have responded to you and your order cancellation is being processed. Please have patience. This is Cyber Monday and we have a LOT of orders being processed. Wendy worked through lunch! lol She will get to it soon.
