Hello, I just received.my doll, and holy cow, the pictures do not does her justice.
8 do have a huge issue, the neck is twisted, most likely during delivery, and I can't attach the head.
This is horrible, is there a way I can fix her?
Like, the metal is twisted in her neck.
Please.help.

I've had some neck slams and twists. I was able to recover each one. Thankfully no skeleton damage. The trick is locating the nut piece and getting that back to the up right position. Mine was almost facing down.

Even with RLSD's wood board insert, the neck is still poorly packaged. RLSD needs to go back to jinsan and redesign the neck/shoulder packaging. While I'm not liking my irontech doll, it was packed very well despite lower quality cardboard. The neck and shoulders had their own foam insert.

It looks like the connector is just moved to the side. You should be able to just grab her neck firmly and move the connector back to an upright position. It's a little hard to tell in the photos but I unless it actually broke inside, this should be an easy thing to remedy.

I think Broven is right, hopefully you can get her neck to straighten and her head will screw in, DONT FORCE THE THREADS it should go in with only your hands. Hopefully your arrival day gets better, it can be heartbreaking when something goes wrong with your new love

thanks guys. It is very upsetting because the head is an important part for me. And she looks much better than I imagined lol
So you're saying do not touch the neck pipe with any tools ? Just force push the TPE neck ? hmmmm

Ok, it seems to be fixed ! Thank you RLSD and everyone here. I'll post pics when I get some clothing and stuff and keep this thread up in case I have more questions... Like... how do you move the shrugging shoulders lol
Where is the 1st maintenance thread ? anyone know ?
